Made to measure: Jimmy Choo launches customisation service

Jimmy Choo

Bearing in mind that luxury consumers are constantly after bespoke products, the British brand debuts new shoe customisation service.

Jimmy Choo, which specialises in shoes, handbags, accessories and fragrances, will allow the customer to be part of the design process, choose the colour, fabric, heel height and even monogram.

“Throughout the years at Jimmy Choo, we have set out to maintain the same level of personalised service and attention to detail as when we were crafting shoes one pair at a time, for one client at a time,” says Sandra Choi, creative director at Jimmy Choo, in a press statement. “Bringing this Made-to-order service directly to our customers in our stores allows us to faithfully preserve our heritage of personalisation, and allow every woman to have a unique pair of Jimmy Choo shoes.”

Currently available in North America, made-to-order Jimmy Choo shoes are expected to arrive in European stores soon, according to the brand’s website. As of yet, there have been no news of the service spreading to the Middle East.
