Breitling Chronomat Airborne ME Launch-2

The Swiss luxury watchmaker revealed the Chronomat Airborne 35,000 feet above the ground during a flight from the UAE to Zurich on September 1. The launch was held in the business lounge on the upper deck of an Emirates Airbus A380, becoming the world’s first live launch event to be conducted aboard the aircraft.

Aston Martin


The Aston Martin Vanquish was transported by helicopter to the Burj Al Arab helipad to commemorate the British carmaker’s 100th anniversary last year.


Audemars Piguet


The Swiss watchmaker unveiled its Royal Oak Offshore 42mm collection during an underwater performance by Olympic synchronised swimmers at Ossiano in Atlantis, The Palm. The launch, which took place during a gala dinner, entertained and informed the guests of the timepiece’s features.



The French luxury brand rented The Island, Dubai, to launch its 2014/15 Cruise Collection, earlier this year. The brand transported all of its guests from mainland Dubai to the island on red-canopied dhows.
